snowWhy do creationists  disagree with science?

Since the dawn of creation mankind has been seeking many answers: Where do we come from, how did we get here, where are we going? Tough questions all. And the truth is, no one knows. Regardless of the claims that are made, no one was there to report first hand, and to date there is no scientific evidence for any theory that would stand up in a court of law. All we can do is look at the evidence in the world around us and create a theory, or make a hypothesis. (speculation or educated guess)

The main reason why different people can study the same evidence and come to completely different conclusions is simply their point of view.

From childhood we have been taught the theory of evolution.  Not surprisingly when  viewing information from this point of view, one might conclude evolution is the answer.

When taught the biblical view of creation and shown the same information  It's no surprise to conclude creation is the answer.

We are routinely misled in regards to the problems and inaccuracies with all methods of dating the earth. The only answer is no one really knows.  We just have our own point of views which lead us to our personal beliefs.  Anyone telling you otherwise is probably looking for grant money.

I would like to take a moment and clear up a common misconception. Not all scientists believe in evolution. And many evolutionist act as if all so called “scientific evidence” is somehow only theirs to use and if you are a creationist you are not qualified to wield such power!  Give me a break.  I love science.  That is “true science”  where a controlled experiment can be repeated over and over with the same predictable outcome, then published where others can repeat and confirm or refute there findings. Unfortunately many scientists make a seamless jump from science to science fiction and act like they never left the ground!  They start telling us what they “think” or what they “believe” without being able to scientifically prove their hypothesis.  In fact what they’re doing is guessing, and acting as if it were a scientific fact.

So if they want to tell us their beliefs, that’s fine. But let's keep the “science fiction” out of the “science” shall we.
